I have a strong interest and enthusiasm for development in the MENA region having invested the past five years of my career based in Dubai attracting international, regional and local talent to market leaders within the Interior Design and Professional Services industries.

My success has come from developing strong networks with both candidates and clients. With over five years experience living in Dubai and travelling the region (Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Abu Dhabi and the other Emirates), it has taught me local and regional ‘know how’ to achieve challenging talent acquisition results.

As a Principal Consultant at Talent2, I have a proven track record in prompt qualification of a vast talent pool as well as identifying leading organisations in the region in which I would like to work with. My role stretches beyond technical recruitment to incorporate account management, business development and organising client and candidate networking events.

Earlier in my career I worked at the Ministry of Education teaching Business Management, before a move into recruitment at Dragon Oil in Dubai, where I developed my skills in the Oil & Gas Engineering sector as the in-house HR Officer in charge of recruitment. I then moved to Morgan McKinley’s Dubai office in 2008 (previously known as iQ selection) to explore the Construction & Engineering market in the GCC developing further experience in Technical recruitment.

Now since joining Talent2 my expertise have grown becoming more refined in Executive Search recruitment solutions in addition to exposure in the organisation's vast scope of service offerings as an end to end talent management service provider. Such services include payroll, contingent recruitment, learning and development, outplacement and much more.
