Goal and success oriented person with over 13 years of professional experience in sales including more then 9 in recruitment. The main focus has always been the ICT sector but I had also the privilidge to get to know well the engineering, construction and haelthcare sector. I have been managing teams and projects for more then 7 years and what I have learnt is that if you want to have people devoted to their work and to perform above their targets you need to show the devotion and trust both to the company and people yourself.
