Having worked many years in recruitment from, Trainee Consultant, Branch Manager, Business Development Manager to Director, I believe that the knowledge and experience I have gained during my time, gives me a fairly unique insight into what both clients and candidates require from a Rec 2 Rec agency. I pride myself on being honest, thorough and open with both candidates and clients and I am pleased to say I still have the enthusiasm and passion for recruitment that I had when I first started.
