Dans le cadre de ses ententes avec ses différents clients, Procom est actuellement à la recherche d'un Chef d'équipe pour une équipe d'administrateur Linux. Situé près du centre-ville notre client oeuvre dans le domaine du voyage/aviation.

Description des tâches et responsabilités – Chef d'équipe / Administrateur Linux

Le Chef d'équipe se rapporte au Directeur Infrastructure et il est responsable de 3 Administrateurs Linux/Unix.

-     Il est responsable de l'installation, la configuration, l'opérationnel, la maintenance des systèmes hardware, les logiciels et l'infrastructure concernée
-     Il dirige l'équipe, assure la coordination des réunions d'équipe, donne du feedback à sa Direction
-     Mesure constamment la réactivité de l'équipe helpdesk et la satisfaction des usagers avec les métriques
-     Fait les recommandations et propose des solutions pour l'amélioration continue;
-     Assure de l'administration de système et du support pour l'infrastructure client au niveau international.

Exigences du poste – Chef d'équipe / Administrateur Linux

-     Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience avec LINUX
-     Minumum de 2 ans comme chef d'équipe LINUX
-     Compréhension de VMware ESX/vSphere, incluant HA, DRS, vMotion et Virtual Center
-     Connaissance de PowerShell et-ou vbscript
-     Bonne Connaissance de LAMP stack technologies
-     Fortes capacités analytiques, et de résolution de problèmes
-     Fortes Abilités de communication

Reporting to the Technology Infrastructure Director, the System Administrator (SA) team Lead is responsible of team of 3 people for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
-     Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
-     Develop and implement recommendations for servers management policies, procedures, technical standards and guidelines
-     Responsible for leading team, coordinating regularly scheduled team meetings, consolidating feedback and presenting to IT Director, and/or Senior Management
-     Constantly monitor help desk response and end user satisfaction via metrics and develop recommendations and solutions for continuous improvement
-     Provide hands on systems administration and support for our Client global technical infrastructure.

Key Functions:
-     The Team Lead takes a primary role in planning and implementing tasks related to Linux/Unix server administration and coaching the team member.
-     Perform daily administration activities for all company Linux/Unix servers and install new servers.
-     Develop and implement administration standards and procedures.
-     Monitor patch releases and develop patch installation strategies.
-     Provide input to the policies and procedures related to equipment purchase, use, support,
-     Monitoring, security, and backup.
-     Maintain and extend system monitoring frameworks.
-     Support 24x7x365 data center operations and provide after hours on-call support on rotation basis
-     Support application installation and monitoring solutions.
-     Deploy applications to internal and customer facing environments.
-     Support internal development and production departments.
-     In-depth knowledge of Solaris, Linux, Apache and SAN Familiarity with network infrastructure
-     Knowledge of J2EE Applications container such Jboss, WebLogic Server, Tomcat and MySQL
-     Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
-     Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
-     Good Knowledge of Business continuity planning;
-     Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies.  Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
-     Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.  Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
-     Upgrade and configure system software that supports our Client infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.
-     Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
-     Thorough grasp of web application architecture, including TCP/IP, HTTP, load balancing, caching strategies, and other common components.
-     Strong working knowledge of Linux/UNIX internals and core systems services (DNS, smtp, syslog, etc).
-     Experience developing systems automation tools (using shell, PHP, Perl, etc).
-     Experience with open source programs (nagios, cacti, etc)
-     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment
-     Comply to change control procedures for all production changes.
-     Familiarity of Linux/Unix virtualization
-     Networking experience: significant experience with switching/routing/security/slb/gslb.
Required Skills and Competencies
-     College degree in a related field (Information Technology, Engineering).
-     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enable effective security incident and problem resolution
-     Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies, with the flexibility to handle multiple high-pressure situations simultaneously
-     Ability to work well under minimal supervision
-     Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with a broad range of people and roles, including vendors and IT and business personnel
-     Strong written and verbal communication skills
-     Strong customer/client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately; provide a superior customer/client experience and build long-term relationships
