Our client Hiring manager is looking for 3 Technical Support Agents (level 1) to join the team.
The resource will be responsible for assisting end Clients with technical issue related to the online banking system by answering client calls and emails.
The resource will also be responsible for the tracking and logging of the issues using a ticketing system (remedy). The resource must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, great customer service and interpersonal skill.
- Minimum of a High School degree (CSC Certificate is a huge asset)
- 2 years experience in a Customer Service or Tech Support role
- Banking or Finance experience is a huge asset
- Versatile and quick learning new software technologies
- Experience working with ticketing system is an asset
- COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS MUST BE IMPECCABLE
- Bilingual is a huge asset(French English)
