Role : Bilingual Help Desk Analyst - Junior

• Client Hiring manager is looking for 3 Technical Support Agents (level 1) to join her team.
• The resource will be responsible for assisting end Clients with technical issue related to the online banking system by answering client calls and emails.
• The resource will also be responsible for the tracking and logging of the issues using a ticketing system (remedY).
• The resource must have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, great customer service and interpersonal skill.
• Minimum of a High School degree (CSC Certificate is a huge asset)
• 2 years experience in a Customer Service or Tech Support role
• Banking or Finance experience is a huge asset
• Versatile and quick learning new software technologies
• Experience working with ticketing system is an asset
• COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS MUST BE IMPECCABLE (15/10)
• Bilingual is a huge asset (French English)
