Job Description
Process Customer Orders
Provide technical support via phone and email regarding Customer inquires
Coordinate priority orders with Planning Dept.
Review and resolve customer credit related issue


Background Skills:

1) Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
2) 3-4 years customer service experience
3) Ability to type at a minimum speed of 45 WPM
4) Proficiency in MicroSoft Office suite
5) Working knowledge of inventory planning systems. QAD experience is a plus.
6) Technical product knowledge is strongly preferred.
