Immediate Desktop Support Opportunity. Individual selected will work with clients throughout the Company to respond to their needs for primarily desktop and LAN-based hardware and software. Responsibilities will include responding to and resolving first-level Service Desk incident calls and/or second-level Service Desk incident calls. maintaining computer inventory, assisting with computer rollouts and other miscellaneous computer-related projects. providing off-hour Service Desk phone support is also required. Some travel to client locations may be required as well. (day trips w/in Ohio) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, solid computer background as well as typing skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Lotus notes, Access and SAP is preferred. This is a 3 month + contract assignment. MUST be able to pass both a background and drug screen.
