My client has office locations in Nottingham, Mansfield, Chesterfield, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, Newcastle and London.

The Manchester office is part of a network covering from London to Bristol, Manchester to Newcastle and specialises in supplying trades and labour in to the Construction market sector.

The business is continually expanding and as a result, my client is recruiting for a Branch Manager to be based in central Manchester. You will take over the leadership of a well established and successful team with a solid client base in place and a team already possessing the skills to deliver. The role will focus on helping expand the team from its current numbers and move the branch on to the next level of performance. This will be achieved by actively helping with business development through personal sales activity and by looking to help existing staff perform to their maximum potential and look at bringing in new talent when the opportunity presents itself.

It's highly likely that you will be at either Senior Consultant or Branch Manager level within a temp biased Construction, Industrial or similar fast paced volume market right now to make the most of this position. The environment will give you the opportunity to progress your career based on your own ability to deliver results as my client is a meritocracy where what you can achieve is translated in promotion and appropriate reward.

This role will typically allow you to lead from the front in business winning and development whilst helping get the most out of existing team and looking to bring in new talent when the time is right. It's a pretty autonomous role where my client will trust you to show effective leadership whilst support is at hand whenever you need it.
