Responsibilities include:

• Conducts and analyzes business and information technology processes and prepares essential groundwork by documenting and driving business solutions. Assimilates and applies best practices, business processes and procedures; well versed in IT infrastructure services, CRM & ERP.
• Develops business process analysis and business architect modeling for the business problem
• Two years or more of extensive business process modeling experience especially using BPMN2.0 is a plus in Visio/BPA or other modeling tools.
• Experience working on web projects and familiarity with various web technologies for website content management
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies, as well as the specific requirements for maintaining systems in a regulated environment
