BUSINESS ANALYST

 Our banking client is looking for several experienced Business Process Analysts for an 18 month project!

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (including but not limited to gathering business requirements and writing requirements documents, developing use case scenarios, creating process flows)
• Advanced experience with Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the project lifecycle process and experience working with PMO organizations
• Knowledge of SDLC process
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work with little guidance and/or supervision
• Mortgage experience and Six Sigma certifications are not required but are HUGE pluses!

Job Summary:  Responsible for completing process analysis, identifying procedural and control deficiencies and recommending and implementing solutions in a fast paced environment. Must be able to multi-task and work several assignments simultaneously. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors. Process design may require introducing new technology, staff and substantial change to current structure. Develops and leads process design or improvement initiatives, guiding teams across the business. Has process expertise for multiple business groups and can provide analysis to the most complex and volatile business lines. Initiates and plans business/process reviews with appropriate business liaisons in preparation for the creation of business requirements documentation and/or process flows. Must have experience developing use cases to support business requirements. Business/process reviews may vary in nature and may impact multiple business units across Wells Fargo. Acts as liaison to business lines to ensure new products, services and technological developments are compatible with current processes and designs. Redesigns current process workflows. Mortgage experience is a plus. Must be familiar with the SDLC process and have experience working with Project Managers, Systems Analysts, and Testing organizations. May be asked to guide and assist other Business Process Analysts as necessary. May have certification in six sigma methodology.
