Requirements  for Lead Position :

 Experience 12 + years in  retail banking only

Business Analyst with  excellent understanding of Online banking trends and directions

Should have executed 3-4 projects in online banking

Should have experience in managing a team of  10 + BA's

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior exp with use cases

Team Management experience is a must

Track Lead Position ( Online Banking & Mobile Banking) :

Experience 8 + years in retail banking only

Business Analyst with  excellent understanding of Online banking/mobile banking  trends and directions

Should have executed at least two  projects  in online and mobile  banking

Should have experience in managing a team of  2-3 BA's

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior exp with use cases

Business Analyst :

Experience 5 + years in retail banking

Should have executed all the  projects in banking domain

Should have experience in managing a team of  2-3 BA's

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Prior exp with use cases
