30 person, hot, money-making startup, that is profitable, and backed by mature entrepreneurs * who *get* how to build a company that*s not just all about the *sizzle* but backed by reality.

Our client*s business has increased 500% YOY from 2010 to 2011. 

#1 priority - a UI/designer/developer - (one of two profiles) a) software engineer who can do UI design OR a b) Human Factor/Designer/Interaction/User Experience Engineer with limited coding 
skills)

Salaries to 125k range + bonus plan (typically 15-20%). 

We are looking for an experienced candidate with product or web experience * no career consultants. Must have at least 1 full lifecycle in their experience.

Tech stack here is PHP and Javascript - they are open to considering a new tech stack (Java/GWT or Rails) for the next version re-write. 

So, good depth and breadth across the web stack is more important than a specific skill-set. UI/usability/CSS/HTML5/cross-browser issues * look/feel * much more important.

They would consider either a Principal/Lead/Architect who has good design/architecture/aesthetics or a mid-level candidate more blended on the UI/HF/design side.

Offer telecommute and flex hours for those not in Boston - very flexible work environment.

#1 job priority - Web application designer/experience type of candidate. They are more focused on page layouts, workflow, CSS, Photoshop, aesthetics kind of skills + some limited coding 
skills (HTML/Javascript).
