An exciting brand new opportunity has come up with our esteemed client at their regional headquarters in Hong Kong. Our client’s business is growing and they are seeking bright, eager and dynamic incumbents to grow with them.
As the successful incumbent, you are:
- At least 5 year post-qualified US Attorney or Commonwealth qualified
- Solid experience in M&A, Cross-Border, FDI transactions
- Experience working in Hong Kong/China jurisdictions
- Fluent English and Mandarin language skills and able to draft in both languages
