Leading provider of SaaS WEB CONTENT MANAGEMENT solutions looking for CALIFORNIA or CHICAGO SALES ENGINEERS (SEs) with backgrounds in WEB CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (WCM), E-MARKETING, eCRM, CRM, DATABASE MARKETING, SOCIAL MEDIA, or SOCIAL NETWORKING.

- 50 employees | 70 customers | 3,000 web pages
- 3 Sales reps (Boston, Houston, California).
- Target Market: Fortune 500, primarily Financial Services, Healthcare, CPG, Manufacturing, Pharma, Media.
- Culture: Collaborative, Intense, but not insane. Customer focused. Innovative.
- Goals:
- a) Build out US with ~ three more reps.
- b) Global.
- Competitors: Clickability (now LimeLight) is closest competitor, also Interwoven, Vignette, SiteCor, Tridion, Ektron, Fatwire, Day/Adobe.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Territory: Primarily Western US
- Office location: Ideally want a person in NorCAL, SoCAL or Chicago.
- Up to 50% travel
- POCs are the exception vs. the rule
- Remote office
COMP:
- ~$120k Base | $170k OTE
- Equity (Low dilution = significant)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5+ Years experience with Web Content Management Systems (WCM), E-MARKETING, eCRM, CRM, DATABASE MARKETING, SOCIAL MEDIA, or SOCIAL NETWORKING.
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud-based architectures, Web Analytics and Personalization technologies is a plus.
- Understanding of principles and previous experience with the following web technologies a strong plus: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, .Net, C#, ASP, PHP, Java, Flash.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related degree from a top tier school is strongly preferred.
- Open to candidates based in NorCAL (Bay Area), SoCAL, or Chicago.
