Job Description

CARA’s customer is implementing a custom developed web-interface to the new SAP module for Procurement. The business needs a training coordinator for a period of 2 months to assist with the learning effort. Hours will be about 30 hours per week for the duration of the project.

Training Coordinator Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in a support role for course creation, uploads, participant enrollment, status updates, and roster processing in an LMS
  • 1 year experience in:
    • Marketing training activities, including design and delivery of training communication
    • Executing training reports from a Learning Management System
    • Managing master repository of all learning content and documentation, including release and version control
    • Preparing and disseminating project communications and learning materials

Training Coordinator Skills Needed:

  • Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to track training activities and participation rates using standard processes in an LMS
