Our client, an architectural firm established for almost 30 years, offers a wide range of experiences in many building types in its repertoire of architectural services - master planning, architectural, project management and interior design, for both public and private sector projects in Singapore and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading a team of architects and manage projects independently. You must have experience in Singapore and its submissions rules and regulations. You will be able to take on more challenging responsibilities and must have a flair in communications which is essential in your liaisons with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and relevant authorities.

You must have Healthcare experience and whilst other architectural disciplines are admirable, it is not the focus of our client currently. Therefore, your application for this post cannot be considered unless you have the relevant experience.

Skills Required

• Bachelors in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• MUST have Healthcare architectural exposure
• Conversant with architectural trades
• Able to lead a team of architects and take on more responsibilities
• Able to manage projects independently and possesses a high level of EQ/IQ
