Midtown global investment firm seeks senior property controller/manager for consulting project.

 

This position will be a financial operations position handling all quarterly closings for receivables and payables for 30 buildings consisting of anywhere from 24-48 apartment units. 5 years' minimum experience required as property accountant/controller on a managerial level; hands-on experience required.

 

Bachelors Degree required; advanced educational degree a plus
