Skills

Tier – 1.5 (SQL & SSRS/Service Intelligence) – 2 Resources
Experience in managing and administer Windows 2003/2008 Environment.
Experience in managing and administering SQL Server 2005/2008.
Install, Configure and troubleshoot all SQL & SSRS related issues.
Administered multiple SQL Server 2005/2008 databases (Preferably VLDB > 2TB)
Advanced T-SQL skills required, development experience or any scripting languages a plus.
Experience in creating dynamic reports and dashboards using SSRS and SQL query optimization is must.
Experience in supporting large-scale operations in a 24x7 production environment
Exchange experience, preferably in large hosted environments
Mail transport/storage/e-discovery experience strongly preferred
Excellent problem resolution, object-oriented thinking, and good decision making skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills and strong troubleshooting skills required.
Working knowledge of Power Shell scripting, C#, VB Script and Windows APIs.
Basic knowledge of Active Directory, IIS and SQL Server.
Should possess excellent communication skills.
Passion for providing an outstanding customer support experience.
Must be able to ramp up quickly in fast-paced environment.
Must be an independent, self-motivated worker.
MCSA, MCSE, MCDBA certification preferred.
Willing to 24X7.
