Responsibilities include employee development, communications, promotion and maintenance of a safe work environment, successful achievement of customer requirements related to quality and delivery, and recommendation and implementation of continuous improvement ideas and methods.

Qualified candidates will possess: Metal fabrication experience required, specifically with welding and brake press forming. Must be proficient in blueprint reading and use of measurement tools. A minimum of three years experience in a leadership role, and the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to employees, peers, management, and customers at all levels. Must have demonstrated ability to problem solve and lead continuous improvement efforts. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or manufacturing technical field, preferred.
