Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll fund transactions input in AR and AP Sub-ledger
  • Ensure prompt, accurate and  complete payroll fund receipting in AR sub-ledger
  • Ensure prompt, accurate and complete settlement in AP sub-ledger
  • Follow-up on unidentifiable payroll fund receipts timely
  • Arrange  payroll and statutory disbursement
  • Perform reconciliation for: Payroll fund bank accounts vs AP sub-ledger and Payroll fund liabilities vs AR sub-ledger
  • Prepare and distribute customers’ statement
  • Bank Reconciliation of payroll fund accounts

Requirements:

  • Accounting/ Business Management Graduate
  • 0- 2 years of solid accounting and banking experience
  • Good communication skills in verbal and writing
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting
  • Tertiary qualified
  • Proficient in working with accounting system and MS office especially Excel
  • Ability to take ownership of the role
  • Organised and Numerically sound
  • Deadline Driven
  • Eager to learn
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN EASTWOOD LIBIS, QC
