Bachelor’s degree required; computer science preferred and 6x + years experience as a Network Engineer. Implementation and support experience including: Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, Linux, Symantec, Solar Winds, VMware, products preferred. Experience with network capacity planning, network security principles and general network management best practices. Experience in designing, leading, and implementing IT related projects Strong, hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience. Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required. Current industry related certifications preferred.
