Please find a new requirement for an SAP Technofunctional Consultant to work as an onsite contractor at the IFC in Washington, DC.  The target start date is October 10th or as soon as a suitable candidate is identified.  Initial duration is for 8 months with potential to be extended further based on satisfactory performance and budget. Rate is $87-92/ corp to corp.

Required Skills
(Minimum Mandatory Capabilities)
- Education:  Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of SAP R3 experience including functional requirements gathering, functional testing and R/3 customizing/configuration
- Minimum 2 years  experience in SAP ECC  6.0 FI-CO as technology-functional consultant
- Hands-on  experience in SAP  Account Receivable (A/R) , Sales and Distribution (SD),  Event Management (EM), Grant Management (GM), Public budget Formulation,  and Time recording
- Experience in creating  organizational hierarchies as the basis by which data collection and reporting assignments are managed at the central as well as the local level
- Team member experience with one or more SAP R/3 implementations, upgrade or migrations.
- Knowledge in documentation of functional and technical requirements
- Should have experience in working closely with onsite and offshore development teams
- Strong Understanding of SAP Workbench components.

- Experience with R3 Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS) application area and related typical R3 HR and CO integration points is a plus
- Knowledge of finance functional areas (A/R, A/P, F/A, GL, Costing), cost center accounting and project systems. 
- Team member experience with one or more SAP R/3 implementations, upgrade or migrations.

Terms of Reference
(Work to be performed)
Develop very good understanding of the current SAP environment  in the WBG with specific focus on SAP modules utilized by IFC  Advisory services
- Work closely with the Project Manager, to understand  business and integration requirements
- Strong ability to map SAP functionality to business requirements and business processes
- Work closely with the project team and business community to perform functional analysis for designing solutions, evaluating options that include but are not limited to configuration of existing systems, business process redesign, new package/system evaluation or a combination of these options. Understand enough about each option to evaluate multiple options and recommend the best course of action based on requirements coverage and effort required.
- Define Data sensitivity and process control to determine security and user authorization impacts. Works with manager and with corporate auditing to ensure that access to systems and data are authorized only to the right users
- Strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills (ability to articulate business solutions and at the same time have the ability to communicate with technical teams to develop and configure solutions).
