A leading Oil and Energy service provider are looking for a well experienced Regional Finance Manager to join their Dubai Office. Reporting to the Financial Controller the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the finance operations in Saudi, Oman and the UAE.

Duties include:

• Direct supervision of accounts teams.
• Ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are met.
• Monitor and manage cash flow.
• Analyse and review budgets/forecasts.
• Complete variance analysis and compile reports including recommendations around improvements.

The successful candidate will be educated to a minimum of degree level with at least two years experience in a similar industry. Understanding the business is vital to the role. They will need to be highly motivated with the ability to motivate other team members. Communication skills are essential, liaising with staff at different levels the ability to understand both staff and business needs are imperative to the role.
