Senior HR/Payroll Architect with SAP/HCM
Long-term Project – Plano, Texas
The Enterprise HR Architect will be a visionary for HR and Payroll solution architecture for domestic and global markets. This position is responsible for the overall architecture of the HR application portfolio as it relates to process, platform, client access and information integration. The architect must tightly partner with the CIO organization and the HR business to set direction and solve complex technical problems. Seeking self-motivated candidate to bring innovative ideas and creative problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and utilize architecture standards, strategy, decision trees, best practices and design patterns in enterprise HR initiatives.
Lead Proof of Concepts to prove an architecture design approach.
Ensure architecture governance compliance and drive technology decisions.
Articulate and deliver architecture recommendations and options with pros/ cons.
Develop transition strategy and roadmap to migrate from the 'As-Is' to 'To-Be' architecture state.
Ensure compliance with Security standards and end to end data privacy across the solution.
Monitor the SAP HCM , SAP BI roadmap, and industry trends to enhance HR/Payroll capabilities.
Guide development teams to identify business processes and patterns to increase reusability.
Enable adoption of architecture standards for global applications in local market solutions.
Recommend SAP HCM global application solution architecture, providing options, costs and pro/cons.
Develop the HR reporting and analytics architecture.
Direct Performance Testing to ensure application readiness.
Lead solution discussions with application teams (Security, Encryption, Data flows, Network lags, Bandwidth, Data Backup, Disaster Recovery and Non functional requirements).
Build a strong working relationship with customer teams.
