The primary objective for this candidate will be to drive the testing process for company website through development and execution of test scenarios, as well as regression testing and problem/defect reporting. Planning and executing of test cases, traceability of requirements and test cases. Work within an Agile organizations to ensure that proper requirements and functional description are thorough and testable.

Experience:
Experience within an Agile development environment
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and multi tasking capabilities
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Needs minimal direction for understanding and testing business processes
Needs minimal direction with work in order to meet established time frames to complete tasks
Beginning to develop Leadership skills and success using skills
Ability to work well with most Customers at multiple levels (Leadership and Non-Leadership) and proven success doing so
Ability to work well in a an OPEN Team environment
Needs minimal direction and coaching in facilitating requirements gathering sessions
Ability to interview most Customers at multiple levels
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement organizational skills, specifically creating Testing Project Plans and Controls
