Job Description: Work with Advance Stamping Manufacturing Engineering (ASME) Die and Program Management to establish and standardize new processes which are world class in performance. Represent the stamping plants in providing data driven feedback that supports change in processes and design standards. Identify and track ASME KPI's for new model programs that will provide early feedback to the plants. Identify potential launch issues in advance and facilitate effective resolution with plants and ASME. Improve and participate in die review and buyoff processes together with plants and ASME. Lead adoption of the stamping standard launch process in plants as it relates to die and pressroom technologies. Ensure an effective improvement feedback loop (EEM, Lessons Learned, WWR/WWW) is in place for rapid improvement of future launchesPosition
Requirements: Bachelor Degree required (technical degree or journeyman background)Minimum 10 years experience in stamping plant operations and die build/tryout management.
