Looking for CAROLINAS based ACCOUNT EXECS who have done $1M + deals with technical C-Level Execs (CIO, CISO, etc). Background in IT SYSTEMS / NETWORK MANAGEMENT, IDENTITY MANAGEMENT (IAM/IdM), and/or COMPLIANCE backgrounds are ideal.

• Systems Management and Compliance Solutions, Including Security, Identity and Access Management, Data Center and Virtualization products
• Annual Revenues: ~$350M
• Privately held
• Gartner Leaders Quadrant
• Sales Driven Culture (vs. Engineering Driven)

 Position Specifics:

• Comp Plan: $105k Base / $230k OTE
• ASP = ~$1.4M + maintenance
• Quota : $2.2M-$2.5M
• Top Earners making $500k+
• Territory includes Install base, maintenance, and license renewals

 Candidate Profile:

• 5+ Years Experience selling Enterprise Software, ideally IT Systems / Network Management, Identity & Access Management, and/or IT Compliance solutions
• MUST have a history of selling multiple deals over $1M
• Hunter / Farmer mix
• Must know territory pretty well
• Partner experience and relationships is a plus. (Accuvant, etc...)
