QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Customer Service).
Job role in Customer Service - General or equivalent.
Must have average communication and presentation skills.
Must be personable with pleasing personality.
Highly organized, flexible, results oriented.
Must be people-oriented.
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Acts as front line support to both current and new customers.
2. First point of contact for product knowledge and support.
3. Represents the company by providing quality customer service.
