Our clients are looking for an experienced banking lawyer to join their top ranked Finance team based in Hong Kong. The team advises many of Asia’s most high-profile and complex lending transactions for regional and international banks.

You will have at least 3 years of banking experience, especially in the areas of leveraged finance, corporate acquisition finance, structured and secured lending transactions, and pre-IPO financing, gained from top US, UK or Australian based firms. The role includes developing relationships with key clients so requires someone who is polished and confident, with great presentation skills. There is no language requirement for this role.
