Job Overview:

Primary responsibilities include planning, monitoring/reporting, administration, and agile execution of

multiple projects to meet our business needs in accord with our organizational priorities,

quality, budget, and time constraints. 

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) Planning

--- Schedule and facilitate sprint planning meeting(s).

--- Communicate to the product owners the teams committed stories for the upcoming sprint.

--- Support the Backlog Owner in updating monthly the 30-60-90 day release roadmap based on

     the health and priority of the stories of the backlog and planning poker estimates/sizing.

2)  Agile Execution

--- Schedule and facilitate daily stand up meeting.

--- Represent the team at the scrum of scrums meeting to report progress.

--- Report impediments for escalation.

--- Facilitate removing impediments that impact the teams ability to meet their commitments.

--- Ensure methodology compliance and manage resolutions, reporting to management when necessary.

3)  Administration

--- Facilitate a sprint retrospective meeting at the end of each sprint in accord with project management fundamentals.

--- Ensure the team SharePoint page is update and accurately reflects the current state.

--- Suggest and implement process improvement solutions to increase the efficiency of the sprint teams.

EDUCATION:

-- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

--  PMP certification and/or ScrumMaster Certification preferred

Required  Experience & knowledge :

• 2 - 3 years experience successfully delivering multiple cross functional projects that

fulfilled business and/or IT needs and priorities with in quality, budget, and time constraints.

• Experience managing Agile projects.

• Listening, oral, written and presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills.

• Organizational and planning and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrate ethics and values to generate high team trust.
