The role is for a mid-career Operations Analyst with experience in the retail asset management space, and able to contribute in 4 key areas:

• In-house NAV calculation
  • Provide trade information to outsourced company
• Distributor related
  • Process subscription and redemption orders, instruct redemption payment
• Trade handling
  • All trade settlements issue for funds managed
• Regular Reporting
  • Fund disclosure data, BOJ reporting, ITM reporting and others

The work will require frequent communication with operations staff in Singapore, with outsourcing firms, IT, and product/investment professionals.

The successful candidate will be joining a small team of 2 other operations professionals, and should be capable of working independently and without direct supervision in relation to the activities above. The team is seeking someone who is open to future team leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:

-3+ years experience utilizing relevant technical/operational skills

-Asset management experience

-Near-native or Native-level Japanese ability, with strong English ability as well
