CSC Federal Consulting Practice is looking for RICE Developers. 

We are looking for experience as a technical analyst in an Oracle E-Business Suite environment, analyzing requirements and designing/developing reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE) and being able to work with technicians and functional analysts to translate functional and technical requirements, into a design, and a design into a realized and tested solution. In addition, he or she should be able to plan and structure work toward the objectives laid out in a structured work plan and to lead and direct a team toward the completion of identified work plans and other objectives. Sound understanding of the Oracle E-Business applications framework and in-depth knowledge and experience with the Oracle technology stack (i.e., Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Developer or JDeveloper) is required. Training or experience with structured development methodologies.  Experience with the following:

• Oracle technology stack (any two of the following: Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Developer, Oracle JDeveloper, PL/SQL development, Oracle Data Warehouse Builder)
• Working with application design principles and product configurations
• Experience or technical knowledge of Oracle Development tools including:
  • Oracle Designer
  • Oracle JDeveloper
  • Oracle Forms Developer
  • Oracle Discoverer
  • Oracle Workflow
  • Oracle BPEL-Process Manager
• Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software, preferred languages include PL/SQL, Java, and C++
• Knowledge of Oracle AIM Methodology
• Experience with establishing and/or adhering to prescribed technical design and development standards
• Analytical and problem solving skills. ation
• Working knowledge of multiple Oracle E-Business Suite modules

Qualifications

• Five years of general consulting experience; five years of specific consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or IT-related discipline or related field
• One or more Oracle professional certifications (preferred)
• Experience working with detailed product functionality and features within specific specialty area(s) and associated best practices
• One to two years of additional relevant experience in one or more business or industry specialty areas
• Good skills in package-based development (PBD) concepts and activities

• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities ioracle AND (Webcenter OR ADF OR UCM)
• Ability to devise creative business solutions
• Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems
• Willingness to travel
• US Citizen
