The Account Executive is a position selling a full line of hardware and software solutions to the Small to Medium sized business sector.  The Account Executive would also focus on Fortune 2000 accounts and a specific vertical markets. The AE would be in charge of managing a territory, in your geographical region. The AE will be responsible for managing all the current accounts within the territory, focusing on new business development and finding new accounts for company.
