4-6 Years of PeopleSoft (HRMS),Core HR experience.
Good Techno Functional Knowledge of Core HR/NA Payroll/TL/Base Benefits /Benefits Administration area is desired.
Knowledge of PS HCM 9.1 is a must. Candidate must have experience in at least 1-2 end to end Upgrades which included two or more modules listed above.
The candidate should have good Knowledge of Benefits setup/OE and Event Management
Should be able to guide a team 3-4
Hands on experience in People Tools like Peoplecode, App Designer, Application Engine, Application packages, IB,XML Publisher, PS Query etc.
Strong in Advanced SQL and SQR
The candidate should have Good Communication and Client facing skills.
Should be able to provide solutions and guide team member
