Training, Support and Professional Development:

Our sales managers are offered training through a nationally recognized program that’s one of the most robust in the industry.

The District FASTstart program is a combination of classroom training and real-time work experience, with a tremendous amount of onboarding support. It allows you to build your sales team and begin earning an income during your initial training period.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills to deliver our benefits communication and education to employees.

We require highly motivated, entrepreneurial individuals who are willing to invest their time and energy into creating profitable and rewarding career. Experience attaining challenging sales goals, Business to Business sales, sales management or sales recruiting experience, with strengths in relationship building and strategic sales approaches.
