Seeking an Office Manager with bookkeeping skills (closed)
Our client is a small law firm located near Grand Central Station. The office manager will facilitate the day-day operations of the law firm, supervising support staff, develop and implement office initiatives and assure that the office remains compliant with local, state and federal regulations. The office manager will handle the human resources issues. She/he will also manage the firm's budget and vendor relations, hiring, payroll, and accounting and legal billing. Reporting to the lead partners, she/he will generate reports in relation to administrative and budgetary issues.
Preference is given to those who have previous office management experience (law firm, medical practice, other small professional services firms).
MUST have prior bookkeeping skills/experience (AP/AR, banks recs, balance sheet, P&L). The office utilizes QuickBooks and PC Law for legal billing.
