SAP HR Benefits Specialist (closed)
Responsibilities include writing functional specs for inbound and outbound Benefits interfaces for multiple vendor (e.g. Health and Welfare, Pension, 401k), Unit and Integration Testing the Benefits interfaces, building strategy for and executing data conversions, assisting in configuration & unit test for new Benefit plans and options where needed.
- Benefits Consultant with minimum 5 – 7 years experience with SAP US Benefits design and configuration
- Must be able to provide consulting experience as to leading practice for Benefit area and plan design in an existing SAP system
- Have extensive experience with the design and testing of benefits interfaces
- Understanding of and ability to support Data conversions for Benefits
- Strong client facing and teamwork building skills
