eHire, a recruiting company based in Atlanta that specializes in building high performance technology and sales teams, is hiring Regional Sales Managers on behalf of their client in the Big Data/Infrastructure industry.
Our Client is a computer software company that specializes in increasing scalability, availability, and performance of real-time Big Data applications. They are the leader in infrastructure scalability and in-memory data management.
Background and Scope of Role
Faced with exploding data volumes and demands on infrastructure, performance almost always suffers. Our client’s products and services enable enterprises to speed up and scale their infrastructure without massive capital expenditures. Our client’s products unlock the value in Big Data, delivering a comprehensive solution for real-time access and analysis of hundreds of terabytes of business data, at up to 1,000 times faster speed than traditional data management technologies.
They’ve experienced a 300% increase in year over year revenue and as a result are continuing to build out their North American sales organization. They’re looking to hire an additional high impact sales professional in the Boston/New England market.
This is a high profile role in one of the hottest markets in the US. Given the growth the company has experienced, this individual will be highly visible to the executive stakeholders and investors and if successful, will make a major impact on the company’s continued growth plan and be highly celebrated as well as compensated.

- 5 years professional experience
- Undergrad University Degree
- Extensive knowledge of Middleware, Java, NO SQL, Big Data
- Experience & passion - Successful track record in selling and customer account management for small, medium or large customer accounts; high, demonstrated energy levels, extremely motivated to succeed; accountable for results; able to be alert and adaptable in a very fast-paced environment
