We are currently looking to fill a part time (20-25 hours per week) Inside Sales position, based out of our Fairfield, NJ office.  The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• meet specified daily/weekly lead generation and productivity targets,
• generate a pipeline,
• set up meetings,
• network within the business community
• participate in business development events as appropriate,
• manage on-going follow up with prospects
• maintain data in CRM

Knowledge/Experience

• 3+ years of tele-sales and lead generation experience
• proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding established sales targets/quotas
• knowledge of Financial Services and/or Real Estate industries a plus
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational and project management skills
