Excellent opportunity for a commercial real estate paralegal with the New York office of a regional law firm.  The qualified candidate will have at least 5 years experience assisting with every aspect of a real estate loan financing transaction from beginning through post-closing as follows:

• Drafting of commercial loan documentation including preparation of initial closing agenda and ancillary collateral documents in coordination with assigning attorneys;

• Ordering  and review of organizational and formation documents and certificates and ordering, analyzing and charting of lien and judgment searches based on jurisdictional requirements;

• Review and summary of commercial lease documents;

• Preparing and filing of UCC financing statements and timely ordering of post filing searches including review of the same;

• Reviewing and commenting on insurance certificates, flood plan determinations, surveys, and various real estate title matters;

• Coordinating and communicating with servicers, title companies, clients and attorneys for all parties;

• Tracking the status of all items on the closing agenda and maintaining and updating the same throughout the course of the transaction;

• Following up with all parties to insure that post closing requirements are fulfilled;
