Job Description

We are seeking an Account Executive/Sales Representative to join our accomplished, growing client.

Terms:                  Full Time (flexible/remote: work from home and visit client sites)

Territories (seeking several Account Executives): MD, PA, NY, OH

Position Description:     

Represent ‘company’ in a particular geographic market to both brokerage firms and insurance carriers through a blend of phone, web, and face-to-face sales approaches.  Support select broker partners during their sales process who are offering/reselling ‘company’s’ flagship cloud based (SAAS) product.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Become an expert with company’s product offerings
  • Become an expert in a defined contribution funding approach
  • Educating the market on company’s product solutions through webinars, cold calls, seminars, and other approaches
  • Maintaining/managing an active pipeline of brokerage firms and target end user companies
  • Building relationships with firm partners, owners, producers, CEOs,  CFOs, and human resource managers
  • Maintain and update the companies CRM system  (Salesforce.com)
  • Achieving aggressive sales targets for new business

 Qualifications:                  

  • Minimum of three plus years Insurance experience (broker, group rep, other)
  •  A history of using and presenting technology- based solutions
  • A self-starter with strong presentation and follow-up skills
  • An ability to develop strong long term relationships with partners
  • Ability to flourish in a fluid, evolving growth company
  • Life, Accident, and Health insurance license preferred
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Authorized to work in the US
