• Obtain Client's requirement & site survey
• Design presentationDevelop design and layout for presentation
• Sourcing and SpecificationLiase with sub-contractors/suppliers for purpose of sourcing competitive
• Calling of quotation and recommendation of award of contract to Sub-Specification and documentation
• Manage drawings/revisions/construction
• Manage submissions to Authoritiesprepare drawings and documentation for submissions to FSB .
• Coordinate with External PE & QPensure that projects obtain Fire Certificate
• Commisioning and HandoverCarry out testing and commisioning of specialised M&E and IT works
• Conduct handover inspection with Client
• Complete defect rectification works and obtain endorsement by Client
• Collate and compile As-Built Drawings
• Collate and submit Fire Safety Certificate to Client and Landlord
• Assist Project Manager in variation orders & closing of accounts
