The Director of Sales Engineering will own the development of the U.S. Pre and Post Sales engineering team.   This is a “Build, Run” opportunity to lead IT, Support and Engineering in the U.S.

 

The Director of Sales Engineering will be responsible for working closely with U.S. sales organization in delivering net new revenue, development complex proposals and solutions to new and existing clients.  As the engineering leader in the US this person will be defining the process and methodology for the sales engineering practice.

 

Experience:

 

Strong leadership skills in developing and mentoring a diverse team of pre and post sales engineers with focus on implementation and support.  Project Management experience.  Must have a board room presence in delivering presentations and effectively communicating ROI.

 

This person will be a leader in technology.   A technical expert in most aspects of Sales Engineering, current technologies, business development and industry knowledge.

  • Strong Technical knowledge
  • TCP/IP, load balancers, HTTP, and firewalls
  • Understanding of developer techniques
  • Understanding of Linux and MAC OX environments
  • Knowledge of Web Collaboration tools
  • Consulting assessment skills
