As part of the continued growth of our client’s commercial offerings, our client is in need of a process and requirements business analyst to lead the development of a new Managed Business Class Voice (aka IP Centrex) Primary Responsibilities include:- Develop Business Processes and Requirements for new Business Voice Initiativeso Develop High-Level (“Level 0”) and Mid-Level Process (“Level 1”) process flows for Service Fulfillment (Sales, Order Management, Delivery, Provisioning, Activation, Billing and Service Assurance (Care and Repair)for a Managed Business Voice product - will be developing and documenting processes and workflowso Will interact with technical groups and business groups (Sales & Billing)o Develop Business Requirements and Use Cases for the Managed Business Voice product. Required Skill Sets:- At least 5-10 years recent experience in a Telecom ((MSO, CLEC, IXC, RBOC, etc.) environment focused on the development and/or implementation of Service Delivery processes or systems for B2B Services- Experience with commercial Voice products (IP Centrex, IP-PBX, Trunking, Business VoIP, etc.) a must- Business Process and Requirements documentation experience - Proficiency with Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Microsoft Project- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Experience with DOORS is a plus- Knowledge of Enterprise OSS/BSS architectures is a plus- Familiarity with TM Frameworx (eTOM, SID, TAM) is a plus Additional Information This position is for a Senior Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst.
