This job will require the most dynamic, brightest, superstar candidate we can find

3 year old company has doubled in size each year and has a terrific strategic growth plan that will continue. Need a hybrid Accounting, operation, strategic finance,  5-9 year person who will impact bottom line, work closely with Senior Management, and grow with them.

$75-$100K base salary + target bonus...this is a start and will grow
4-9 years of experience preferred with CPA and or MBA

Responsibilities
●       Act as liaison between the Company's Accounting operations and the Company's:
○       Executive Team, Procurement Department, Sourcing Department, Sales Department, and Treasury Department
●       Execute day-to-day Accounting operations
○       Revenue recognition - customer invoices, discounts, rebates, and payment receipts
○       Oversee  COGS and SG&A payables processing initiated by Accounting support staff
○       Process payables cash outflows in Accounting and Treasury modules
○       Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
●       Interact directly with the Executive Team to implement change and build processes for our growing organization
○       Drive Accounting system migration from Quickbooks to SAP Business One 
●       Financial planning, analysis, and reporting - develop recommendations for Company action
○       Monthly "key metrics" reports
 
Previous Work Experience
●       Deep proficiency with General Ledger systems
●       Extensive knowledge of GAAP accounting policies
●       5-10 years of accounting experience
●       Experience working within international operations and high growth companies
●       Experience with relational databases
