HRMC is looking for a Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a team of outside sales representatives.
The primary focuses of the Sales Manager will include:
* Developing, Training and Overseeing a team of Outside Sales Representatives
* Implementing recruitment strategies to build a team of Outside Sales Representatives
* Implementing HRMC's comprehensive training program throughout the sales force
* Motivating Outside Sales Representatives
* Building their own book of business by addressing new sales opportunities
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
* Providing company generated leads to sales representatives to help them achieve their sales goals
* Recruiting Outside Sales Representatives
* Leading new sales agents through the on-boarding process
* Training Outside Sales Representatives using HRMC’s sales training program
* Motivating sales team to reach sales goals
* Managing employee group accounts
* Mastering HRMC's databases as well as sales and recruiting platforms
A Sales Manager candidate must meet the following requirements:
* Possess at least a High School degree or equivalent
* Demonstrate sales performance excellence
* Posses excellent interpersonal and time management skills
* Demonstrate an energetic personality
* Be a self-starter, motivator and entrepreneur
