Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, estimate, implement, test and support our premier product to deliver measurable performance improvement results for customers;
• Design and execute on software acceptance tests to ensure the solution meets the customer's business needs;
• Report project status and issues to be resolved during implementation projects and work collaboratively with implementation team members;
• Manage the resolution of any outstanding acceptance testing issues before and after project go-live;
• Provide ongoing support for customers via phone, online forum and email;
• Test Performance Suite product releases before general release to customer;
• Prepare customer-specific product release documentation to accompany any general release as required;
• Manage communication between the customer project team and the project during deployment;

Professional Qualifications:

• A four-year degree in CS, MIS or related field or, if the candidate possesses a non-technical four-year degree, four+ years professional experience working with software implementation and development;
• (Big Bonus, BUT NOT Mandatory) One Year+ professional experience doing Java development and ability to develop basic Java applications;
• One Year+ experience working with SQL;
• One Year+ hands-on experience working with the concepts and components required to implement software interfaces / integrations;
