3. Multimode multi corner optimization and closure.
4. Clock tree synthesis and advanced clock tree implementation.
5. Top/Block level timing closure with sign off STA .
6. Scan chain reordering.
7. Top/Block level ECO implementation involving netlist level logical changes.
8. Scripting experience in Perl/TCL.
9. Library performance analysis and fine tuning for implementation.
10. Excellent debugging skills in implementation issues and ability to come up with creative solutions .
11. Exposure to designs critical for power, area and timing at the same time.
12. Technologies from 90nm and below.
13. In depth exposure in Implementation in any of the following platforms(Magma/Encounter/Mentor/Synopsys ).
14. Tool exposure in sign off(DRC/LVS/PT)
