Supervisor-Day Hab Services

Major Not for Profit organization in Brookyn area is seeking a Dynamic Team Leader Supervisor to oversee Day Hab Services.

Working directly with adults with developmental disabilities. This program is designated to build physical fitness, increased knowledge of nutrition and  health, prevocational skills, and the continuing development of social skills.

Responsibilites include but are not limited to the following: Coordinate, Monitor and Implement goals for consumers. Act as a liason to various community resources. Assign  caseloads while providing supervision to Direct Care Counsellors. Create and delegate schedules accordingly. Perform other related duties.

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Two years Supervisory experience in a not for profit setting (Pref., working with developmentally disabled)
• Bachelors Degree in Human Service or Related Field
• Must posses a valid NYS Drivers License
• Must be able to undergo background and reference screening
